Appointment Booking

Services are available by appointment only. The quickest way to schedule a treatment is through the online booking portal. A credit card is required on file to hold your reservation, but payment is not due until your time of service.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

90% of the original appointment payment is required and vouchers/gift certificates will be voided for the following conditions:

Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

No-show or missed appointments.

 

Late Arrivals

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments dependent on esthetician availability. Late Arrivals more than 15 minutes past appointment start time will forfeit their appointment and full payment is required.

 

Rescheduled Appointments

All appointments that are rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment will have a $50.00 fee applied in lieu of the cancellation fee. Appointment must be rescheduled with the same practitioner and within two weeks of the original appointment, otherwise it is treated as a cancellation.
